Terms & Conditions

Please be advised that during peak season (1st April to 30th Sept), I require a minimum booking for two people for both hair and make-up (i.e. Bride & bridesmaid, or Bride & mother, etc).

On booking the trial date, I ask for a £100.00 non-refundable deposit which secures your trial and wedding date for you. This is deducted from your wedding day balance, due 4 weeks before your wedding day.

 

Payments for trials are due on the day of the trial.

Should you have to cancel your appointment or wedding booking for any reason contact Emma by email: mrsglamourcrush@gmail.com as soon as possible. Some wedding bookings are made up to 2 years beforehand, please only make the booking if you are committed. 

Large wedding parties can also be accommodated, I have a number of highly qualified Make-up Artists who help GlamourCrush on large events.

The client shall inform the makeup artist of any issues that may affect the use of any equipment or products.  This includes but is not limited to sensitivities, allergies and medical conditions. The make-up artist cannot be held liable for any losses that are incurred due to the Clients & Models failure to inform them of any know or unknown condition.

Should the client be concern regarding any of the above, it is your responsibility to inform the make-up artist of any subsequent reactions to any products, so amendments can be made before the event. The client accepts responsibility for this. If additional specialised products need to be brought ahead of the day this will be pre discussed before the trial and the client will take responsibility to cover the fees.

The GlamourCrush team reserves the right to refuse service to the client or members of the party for, but not limited to, abusive and threatening behaviour. If the makeup artist suspects the products to be unsuitable for a specific skin condition, based on information given from the Client, they may refuse the service.
